What do I want to achieve through my 'diet'.
I want to be able to see my feet when I look down.
I want to be able to see my hips sticking out.
I want to be able to see my ribs (Not just when I breathe in)
I want to be able to run a mile without stopping.
I want there to be air between my legs.
I want a thin face.
I want to be 7 stone (To start)
I want to fit into any clothes I like.
I want to fit into my goal trousers.
I want a 25" waist.
I want a BMI of 18.5 (To start)
I want people to see me and think, wow, she's pretty.
I want to be more confident about myself.
I want to like my body, instead of hate it.
I NEED to be thin to achieve this.
Just some motivating thoughts for myself. I want this.
Hunger hurts, but starving WORKS.
It's fat and starch and grease, why not just pour poison down your throat?
The eye of beauty judges your fatness.
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
Hunger is a feeling. Thin is a skill.
Think thin x
