Things are going well, but I know saying that it'll jinx it.
I've found a good exercise for my lower abs which I need most, my upper abs are 'okay'.
My legs are FAAAATTT, more so than most of me. My Butt is the worst, it's mahossive. So I'm on the lookout for a butt workout besides squats, which I just can't seem to do, that works my butt.
Think thin.
